Joseph Threadcraft, Ph. D., P. E.
Dr. Joseph Threadcraft served his country as a Naval Officer and currently serves as the President of Threadcraft Engineering, Inc. Dr. Threadcraft has over 25 years of combined experience directly related to program management and contract administration of complex technical projects. The magnitude of his responsibility exceeds one billion dollars in design and construction. In 2004, he was selected by the Alabama State Port Authority to travel to Cuba in advance of normalization to evaluate the Country's port and rail infrastructure
VP - Construction Management
Patrice has over 25 years of nationally recognized proficiency in urban planning, architectural design, pre-development activities and construction of over 140,000 acres and 260,000 units of affordable Fair Housing, Section 504 and LIHTC compliant buildings. This includes the design and construction of over 33 HOPE VI and CN neighborhood revitalizations. She works with HUD, PHA's, City Agencies, Contractors, Residents and Management Personal to implement code compliant requirements, best practice standards and delivery excellence. She provides technical assistance to affordable housing providers and mixed-finance developers relative to project compliance coordination with AFFH, Section 504, UFAS, ANSI, ADA and Fair Housing.
VP - Disaster Recovery
Lt. Colonel Hawthorne (JD) has held leadership roles as an Army Officer and in corporate America at P & G and Ford Motor Company. JD's executive experience extends to construction management projects in GA and FL. His diverse skills include asset management, planning and economic development. JD has implemented all aspects of various flood recovery programs. He further developed and administered a $ 16,000,000 economic development empowerment program portfolio that included funding from HUD, FEMA, Departments of Commerce and Health and Human Services. JD has successfully managed flood recovery housing programs that replaced more than 1500 single and multi-family residences.
